2011 KSEA Scholarships - Application Deadline is extended to March 13, 2011

KSEA is pleased to announce the application deadline for 2011 KSEA Scholarship is extended to March 13,2011.
The decision has been made by Scholarship Committee in order to provide more opportunities to all potential recipients.

Multiple scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students majoring in science, engineering, or related fields will be awarded in 2011. The scholarships recognize outstanding students of Korean heritage who excel in academics as well as in service to the community, and have potential to become future leaders of society. Especially this year, Need-Based KSEA Scholarships will be newly added as a new category.

There are three scholarship categories;

KSEA Scholarships for Undergraduate Students in US. ($1,000 per award)
Need-Based KSEA Scholarships for Undergraduate Students in US. ($1,000 per award)
KUSCO-KSEA Scholarships for Graduate Students in US. ($1,500 per award)

In addition, Outstanding Essay Scholarhips($500 each) will be awarded to the selected Undergraduate students.
Potential recepients should apply for Scholarship by March 13, 2011.

Please be advised that all the documents including letters of recommendation and transcripts should be submitted by March 13, 2011.
